I have a 1999 Honda Accord with a 6cd in-dash factory changer. I want to add a subwoofer to it - does this radio have any type of line-level sub out - or how do I add the sub? I have a separate power amp ready to go to power the sub.

Negative, the stock radio does not have a sub-output.
You will have to use the line level inputs or get an adapter. From line level - to Rca connectors.

Just note- the signal will be better if you use an aftermarket radio.

Look for a line output converter that also has a remote turn on generator, as the stock deck does not have one and you'll need something to trigger the amp to come on.
