Default Integra Rear Seat Removal

A friend of mine has a 2000 Integra GS with leather interior. He wants to swap with me for my 1994 LS cloth interior.

I have taken off the front seats on Civics/Integras before for cleaning purposes, but I do have a few questions/concerns. Just looking for answers, not opinions/guesses.

1) Is the interior door panel section, that is cloth on my car, leather on his car?
2) If Q1 is a yes, how do you take this off?
3) How do you remove the rear seats?
4) Will all the leather items fit in my car with no modification, and vice-versa for his car?

He says he likes cloth better so I of course took him up on the offer. Seats are in perfect condition, both of ours, and we each like the deal we are getting.

All he asks is for me to do all the work, so I need to know the answers to these questions.

Thanks in advance guys (gals).

PS- I know, I am getting a Chilton guide on the weekend! :P I am doing this all tonight/tomorrow, so I need the info asap! Thanks again all!

Basically, can it be done, where are the bolt locations, how do I do the door panels (if they are leather on the GS).

(sorry it's a slow day at work and I have too much time on my hands! )

ok, i've only done this once so im not a total guru on the subject, but i swapped my sister's 94 LS seats into my stripped GSR and the back seat had some issues... ok i think what it was that the 94 had a metal piece that stuck into a hole somewhere while the 98 just had a bolt there. so im not sure what the 98 seats were supposed to have. i just remeber we gheto-rigged and it worked fine, we bent the piece up and put the bolt through it. its kind of a pain working a rachet under a seat though. not sure how well that will work going in the oppisite direction (2000 to 94). and yes the panels should be leather too. im drawing a blank and any of the other connections i think they lined up ok, but not perfectly. don't know if the leather interior has any differences of it own, i would imagine it is the same though.
