Default Spring/Coil question

Ok guys and gals. I did a search about this particular topic but Im coming up short. So my friend and I are debating over this eBay item. I say it aint gonna work for my application on my 91 RS. He says it will. And me not knowing much, I need other opinions. Something just doesnt seem right...

Well first of all they say 98-01 at the top and you have a 91 RS so they wont fit, plus they look hella cheap, go to www.tirerack.com and search suspension. You can put in your specific car year etc.. and get good springs and coilovers. Thats where I got my H&R Sports for $156 plus shipping
