Default Center cap inserts

Alright, I've got to ask forgiveness before I even start the thread. This is my moment of Rice. It's a one-time thing... I won't repeat it or go overboard. I promise.

I got into a wreck about 6 months back. Well being as I'm lazy and have had a gijillion other projects going on, I haven't fixed the front end yet. I've got all of the parts, I just need to take a week off of work to get it painted and such. Well, as I'm looking for parts, I come across the solid red H emblems for the JDM Type-R's. "Wow" I think, "Those would look kinda cool on my car, and since I'm putting a US Type-R front end (I like the lip) on the car, and half the engine and transmission are Type-R, it wouldn't be ENTIRELY out of place." So I bought them. Then I got to thinking. Which isn't good. It'd look really ricey if I had red Honda badges, and silver center caps with a huge A in the them.

So my question is, I've got 98 GS-R rims, and I want to find some silver H inserts to fit them. Will the civic inserts fit, or any of the JDM CTR/ITR inserts? Or... is this a sign that I should repent for my moment of Riceiness and just have the holes filled and shaved?

:chuckles: hahahaHAhahaa....I doubt you've sinned too greatly.

Well, IMHO, I'd fill and shave the holes. Particularly if the car is going to be repainted anyway. h: Sell the badges on to someone else.

It will look much cleaner shaved. If you must know, pop one out and go to a salvage yard, or even a dealer to see if it will fit.
