My brother got a '04 STi about a month ago, very nice car. Adjustible center diff, 13" brakes in front, 12" in the rear [there abouts anyways], with ABS, quick spooling turbo, and low 13's in the 1/4 stock.

Personally, the only reason to get an SRT-4 over the STi is cost.

Yep, the fact that i would only paid around 20 grand instead of 35 for a car with the interior quality of a hyundai tiburon would probably make me sleep better at night. I'd still take a SRT4, STi's are good for nothing except a launch from a dead stop and maybe auto X (but there are tons of cheaper cars with aftermarket suspension setups that can beat it)

And the 2003 SRT-4 was putting 230 down to the wheels also.

Chrysler = about the crappiest overall vehicles available. My friend bought a 04 STi... holy shit that thing is fast... handles like a ****in dream too. (yes he let me drive it)

I believe there is NO COMPARISON between a dodge and a subaru. I cannot say i'd ever spend $35,000 on a small car (i'd opt for a TL), but IMO chrysler is total JUNK. HORRIBLE build quality, and awful reliability.

I would also not compare the interior of a hyundai to the dodge... Hyundai definatly has gotten MUCH better in the past few years... especially with the quality of their interiors.

What do you think a STi is...a small 35000 dollar car. Actually i was comparing the interior quality of the evo to a gayburon.
