When does the sound occur?

stock clutch/pressure plate/flywheel?

take care,
ChrisS

PS,
Stuff to replace when doing the clutch: (in the long run these will save you time, labor, and headaches)
-pilot bearing in flywheel
-clutch
-pressure plate
-throw out bearing
-resurface flywheel (or swap for remanufactured flywheel)
-rear main seal on engine

it starts as soon as i start the car and i replaced all of the clutch componets put a new flywheel on and also put a new rear main seal in before i put the engine in....the pedal is adjusted to spec per haynes manual so i dont know what is causing the problem i can grab the release bearing fork with my hand when it is running and move it ever so slightly and the chirpping sound stops its like the bearing is ever so slightly riding on the pressure plate only things i didnt change were the fork and the pivot ball

i wonder if the pivot ball could be causing the problem

Hopefully, you replaced the throw out bearing when you did the clutch.
(did you grease the pivot ball when you reinstalled the lever? That might make noise if it was dry.)

Try adjusting the clutch with just a hair more free play between the slave piston and the clutch lever.
(the pressure plate fingers are probably barely brushing against the throw out bearing; the guy in the video is pushing the clutch lever back on to the slave piston which would move the throw out bearing away from the pressure plate)

Note: if the same noise occurs when you engage the clutch, your throw out bearing could be going bad.

take care,
ChrisS

I had the same issue on my first integra, your clutch master/slave cylinders arent "used" to the new clutch, so the throwout bearing isnt completely disengaging. You can try by re-adjusting the freeplay/preload of the clutch pedal but it still wont solve the issue. I swapped in new clutch master/and slaves and the sound went away. same thing happened on my subaru.
