Just wanted to get you guy's opinions on a deal at one of my local dealerships in town.

1998 Honda Accord LX 4dr Sedan
2.3 L VTEC
5 sp-manual
140K

Nothing really fancy on this car no moonroof or abs or any of that matter, it blue books for about 6700, body is in tremedous shape, and runs smooth and that 2.3 still cooks. Local dealer is asking 5650 for this car. Is that deal i should jump on or wait for one with less miles on? Or should miles even deter me at all as this will be my first Honda car purchase.

hmm... thats a lotta miles for a 98. but if the engine is still in great condition, I would say jump on it. But see if the dealership can give you some type of warrenty.

if you can deal with the high mileage that doesn't sound bad, it was probably alot of highway miles. i would just be concerned about what things the car may need being that it has 140k on it ie: brakes, clutch, worn suspension parts, tires etc
