CAn I fix those scratches without using an abrassive. Is there a paint code for this part somewhere. Mine has tons of scratches on it from stuff being in my trunk and sliding around. I put a jacket over it for a while but its gotten colder and now im wearing the jacket. What should i do.

That is not an anti-roll bar.

That is a brace that increases structural rigidity.

If it bothers you so much, paint it. If you are worried the paint will not be exactly the same color as before, learn to live with the scratches. Either way it is really not a big deal.
