There was just a discussion on tires that discussed the S-03 in great detail, please read it here: http://www.itrca.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2503

I had T1-S in 195/55-15 and were very disappointed in them. Not enough dry grip, poor steering response...they were awesome in the rain though. I have not ran on S03s however I dont think I have ever read anything bad about them

I am currently using Kumho MX in 205/50-15 and am very very happy with them.

I'd just stick with:

Falken Azenis Sport (if you have track duty rims)
Yokohama AVS ES100 (daily drivers)

Can't rate anybody else but those two have been good to me and my friends 8)

Yes, but only if you live in fair weather. They don't have much wet grip and zero snow grip. Be aware that the tread life on Azenis is pretty short, as well.
