Default Intake manifold install...HELP

Ok, some I got my d16y8 intake mani, and i start swapping it on today onto my d16y7. Well, after removing the old one, preping the new one, and finally gettting it bolted on and everything back where I thought is was suppose to go, i start my car up.

But now I have 2 problems. First the "Check engine" light is on all the time now. I thought maybe I had croosed the MAP sensor w/ the TPS sensor so I switch those, check engine light went off, but when I pressed the gas the car died everytime, and had an extremly high idle.

So I switch them back, reset the ECU, and now I have an idle at 1900 rpm, I tried adjusting the idle adjust valve, and had no luck getting the idle dow to normal, before the swap, which was about 1100 rpm.

So that is the only problem now, the check engine light, and the 1900-2000 rpm idle. I have searched for vacuum leaks, and everything looks good. The car drives fine, and pulls alot harder then it did w/ the d16y7 intake mani after about 3000 rpm.

What could be the cause of this high idle?

I am going to try a few things tomorrow, i am going to make sure the manifold is really tight, i thought i tighten them enought, but I am running out of things to try.

Any thoughts? Sorry so long, just wanted to try and tell you everything.

yea, check if you have a leak on the manifold gasket. but right now i'm tired and can't think what else. also, make sure the throttle cable is adjusted properly.

I have been adjusting the throttle cable but I still can't get the RMP at idle lower then 1900 rpm.

Did you use a new IM gasket? TB gasket? Any vacuum leaks anywhere? Take a squirt bottle with soapy water and start spraying. What's your code?

Yep, you guess it, vaccum leak at the bottom of the throttle body. Everything is perfect now. Yeah I used new gaskets from the dealer too.
