i am planning on doin a few mods to my ITR and need some advice on what kind of header, intake, and exhaust to get to add a good amount of power but still good for daily driving needs. any help would be great. I know you can surely help Aj.

My suggestions would be . . .

Intake = Comptech Icebox
Header = JDM 4-1/Carsound cat or Test pipe
Exhaust = Pic one of your choice
