Question on catalytic converter
just wondering. When I did my swap last summer, I left my stock cat in. I have the jdm 2.5" inlet pipe attached to the cat and a 2 1/4" exaust on the other end. Would it be more efficient if I were to replace the cat......say with a 2.5 or 2 1/4"? Would this benifit me?

if its your stock cat from you EX, then id dump it.
catco, high-flow, ebay, or straight pipe all works. Your exhaust tone will definetly change with a straight pipe, but as for power gains, nothing real drastic.
EDIT: be careful with emission laws if where you live requires that.
