Default Workout Goal...another one

One of my goal is to rep 225lbs on the bench by mid next month. I can do 3 reps after 10 reps of set 135, 155, 175, 195.

Summer is coming, need to get SWOLL.

i want to bulk and get cut at the same time...but i don't run

i weigh in at a measley 155 lbs

Trying to lose weight here. Currently 6'1" at 215lbs. Flabby.
Used to weigh 180 and pretty toned...thats the goal again. need to look :grinpimp: for the summer.

i got the good ol jump rope out.. im jumping every night, and i plan on running in the morning.. once it stops raining and warms up

I'm going to start fresh next week. It's a brand new term for classes, and they work really well as far as when I can work out and stuff. I'm going to be doing the M-F workout routine, switching between upper and lower body. I've lost ~25 pounds up to now, so hopefully I won't hit a plateau.

Like 264lbs, but I also hadn't worked out in forever. I'm 242-244ish right now, but have gained a decent amount of muscle back.

I'm going to drop down to 215ish and bulk up to where I was some time ago.

I just benched 175 last week!!! :eek3: My first time benching more than my weight!!! (162 lbs now)

I wanna keep my weight around 165-170 though.
