one of my friends has a 2000 si with ihe, v-afc, and 75 direct port nitrous, and he wants to know what the best cam for him would be, within a budget. he said he is willing to get a cam that requires one other upgrade (like skunk 2 stage II) and I dont know much about honda cams, so :shrug:

what would be the best cam for him?

 

like you mentioned....skunk 2 or toda is great too.

Type R camshafts should do fine if you're on a budget.

 

Oh yea CTR camshafts=:thumbup:. CTR intake cam has a more aggressive profile than the ITR. Exhaust cams for both (CTR/ITR) are the same.
