Default Fawking lock pin...

Alright. I can't for the life of me get out the lock pin that connects my shifter linkage to the transmission itself.

I've removed the b18c1 from my GSR with the linkage still attached (Oh, the fun THAT was), but I'd really rather not put it into the Civic like that, seeing as I'm using an Autozone Ghetto-Hoist (TM). Any tips? I've tried all manners of punch sizes and even some round stock in assorted sizes.

Use the blunt end of a drill bit the size just smaller than the outside diameter of the pin, and then hit it with a large hammer... HARD.
