98 gsr vs 98 eclipse gsx

my friend has a stock 98 eclipse gsx and i have a 98 gsr with dc sports 4-1 header, aem cai, apexi n1 exhaust and type r ignition wires. My friend is a pussy and wont race and he thinks i couldnt beat him. i would tare his ass up, wouldnt i???
