Tokico also makes some good shocks & struts. You can go for the adjustable Illumina's or non-adjustable HP's. Both are good choices.
KYB-AGX or I think that's what they're called. Installed those on my friend's '01 Celica GTS. Cheap, adjustable and a nice ride.
Bilstein makes some other good stuff but not too familiar with their product lines.

Best shock for a lowered car is Neuspeed-modified Koni SP3's. They run about $140 a pop.
They're like Koni Sports but they are shortened to help gain back suspension travel when lowered, they have valving designed to deal with lowering, and their spring perches have a 5-position height adjustment instead of the normal 3.

Look first of all, I'm just some guy. I'm not the guru of all things Honda.
Secondly, PLEASE stop bumping threads within the same hour you post in them. It's really annoying to go back and delete those posts. If it's on the front page, people will see it.
Either regular Koni Yellows or Neuspeed Konis will work nicely. The Neuspeed Konis are a bit more aggressive in their damping and intended to work specifically with lowered vehicles so if you want the best performing shock for your application that's the way I'd go. Of course, I wouldn't drop the car as much as you're dropping it but that's a side issue.
