Default buying a 97 dc4

I'm buying a 97 dc4 integra ls with a b20b and a b16 trans with 118k miles for 2k from my cousin. It has brand new skunk2 suspension and brand new tires. I've drove it once just around the block and it was quick. I love Hondas even though I don't know much about them. I hope I'm not getting into anything I can't handle. Am I??

jhughes1369, you mean a db8. The DC chasis are Gsr or a Type R. Also, what year b20b you have. Either your cousin swapped in a 96-98 B20b with 126 hp or 99-01 spec with 147 hp. I think that's a fair price for How many miles on the body.

Gingas, Db8 are 4-door aren't they? This is a 2-door ls I'm buying. The b20 is a 99. My mistake about the miles, the body has 118k** miles the motor has a about 100k at the most. Just can't wait to start building the motor haha

I'm sorry. yes Db are 4 door. Your post didn't say 2 or 4 dr. You going turbo or all motor. Lots of torque. Can't go too wrong as it's your cousin. Family usually look out for us. Post pics when you get it. What color. Yeah you right about the DC4. I was thinking about something else. What Skunk 2 suspension you have coil overs? Also, how low is the Integra. 3 or 2 finger gap & do your cousin have the mud guards.

I'm going all motor until I decide to turbo it. No mud guards and skunk2 sport shocks.it's white and it's clean. Going to be taking the back seats out as well so I can put harness in.

Here's a pic

yeah jhug. that's a nice LS for 2k. Look like your cuz installed some jdm red itr seats, itr side markers also. Did he convert the front to 98-01 spec. The angle of pic looks like he did. Nice wheels 2. 16 or 15's & tire size.Front bumper look black or do he have a bra on it. I like the stance. So can you fit 1 or 2 fingers under front fender. My oem shocks I can fit 4 fingers under my fender. I'll be upgrading my suspension once I sell my Si. So, the skunk2 sport shocks are adjustable? Also, did your cousin keep the stock springs & lca or after market.
How did you post your pic up.

yes, he installed the seat. putting harness on when i get it. i beleive the front end was converted. the front bumper is black, no bra. and easily can fit 3-4 fingers under fender. i beleive they are adjustable and i think he kept them, yes. he put the suspension on himself. they were sold to him with the car. im staying away from coilovers. i uploaded pic from computer cause phone wasnt letting me. just add the attachment when typing. little paper clip thing.
