IF ANYONE HAS SOME TIME ON THEIR HANDS AND WANT TO call and fu** with him be my guest. He said he did not like the wheels i sent him so he canceled his paypal so the amount came back to me and i am stuck with a
-$850 on my payplal. I called him and told him to send me back the wheels and he said he already sold them, so then i said you owe me $850, thats where he said that "I think i am going to keep that also, i ****ed you over ha ha ha" You have no idea how mad that made me.

i went to the police many of times and also called his police department and all they say is that its a civil thing and that the only way i can get my money maybe is to get a lawyer.

Smae thing happen to me, Not for that much but same principle. I got a lawyer and He said that he really didnt want to mess with it since it was over the net and under $500. WTF....

 

You should call him back and record the conversation for evidence. Also print out all paypal and ebay pages and save them to your hard drive

 

wow how did it charge back a -850? Was the payment you accepted from a confirmed address?

 

I hope you get your money back man.

You should have someone you know call him and pretend to be your lawyer demanding that he either send you the money or the wheels unless he want's to be sued.
