Default Door Speakers??

Does anyone know the size of the door speakers in a 1994 civic DX? Thanks

You could fit either a 5.25" or 6.5" speakers for the doors.

They'll also list speakers that will fit with adapters and minor modifications.

I think that the reason why crutchfield doesn't mention that the 6.5" speakers fit is because of the depth. That's why they recommend the 5.25"

I retrofitted my 6.5"s. I had to remove the cradle in the door, but they fit. Couldn't use the stock holes either. h:

I got a 93 EX and I replaced mine with 6.5's and they fit perfect. That because mine's a EX or what?

different speakers have different bases, jbl's will not fit in the cradle. sony xpliods will.

if you buy them from a store they have a computer database that has all the info. i know for the 95 ex that front and back were 6.5

My MB Quarts wouldn't fit in there perfectly.
