Default 200 WHP from D16Z6 possible?

OK, I know it has prob. been talked over before, but...

I have a D16Z6 and am wondering if it is possible to get 200WHP from it, if so could it be done without nitrous or turbo?

Mostly interested in doing internal motor/head/exhaust work, but not sure if it is possible...

I know some will say "swap", but I am interested in finding out if I could make a D series keep up with SOME B series without a bottle or turbo.

Basically, going for the "sleeper". Not wanting to to anything to the exterior besides rims/tires, and doing most of the work under the hood and suspension, maybe other un-noticable things.

Thanks

Guess I should have mentioned cost too...

How mush $ would it take to make it there, and what would the major items be?

What is is with the all motor fad now-a-days? Slap a turbo kit on there, upgrade the fuel, tune for 10psi and viola... 200whp.
