Good pick on the Infinity's... My recommendation is to go with 2 10"s just because 2 12s is pretty insane for our imports imho...but I guess that's up to you. As for amp, for 2 10s, I'd say up to 500watts is more than you need...you won't need anything more than that. If you really want to go all out, get a 4 channel amp (~200 watt = 50 per channel) to hook up your interior speakers...your HU will never push as much power as a good amp. Good luck!

inifnity's are one of the most power-inefficient subs ive ever seen, although they do have the potential to pound hard, they arent clean. (including the perfect series.) Just get some JL W3V2's for the same price and run it with 300w rms each. It will pound twice as clean and hard as those inifinty's.

Insane is when you have 3 twelve inch JL W6v2 12's with a total of 5 alpine amplifiers powering a grand total of 16 Boston Acoustic pro series speakers. Damn, i think my hearing's almost gone... :a:

dood you don't need 2 12s. i personally think its too much. besides if you have too much power your ears will bleed.(actually it wont) but at any rate. your hearing will decrease. like mine. i have a single 15 inch kicker L5 series pushing 1200 watts RMS on a sony xplod 1200 watt amp . just get a 12 inch kicker l7. i promise you'll be happy with it. it has DEEEP bass. and i mean its like deeper than rupaul's voice. my friends can hear my bass inside their house when im about 400 meters down the block (1/4 mile). and it only cost me about $400for everything(except installation which was like 75)

good luck man

The question is though, do you want abnoxiously loud, or mildly clean...

oorrr...you can buy (2) JL Audio 10w6 off of me

If you plan to get an infinity subwoofer, get the Kappa Perfect (but don't feed it too much power).

Infinity subs are garbage(smoked 2 perfects). Kicker L7 for sick twisted bass...watch out for rattling dust cones on them tho...

I may get shot at for saying this....best bang/dollar ratio = audiobaun subs, as long as u get there upper model stuff. U couldnt beat the price with a baseball bat for the performance and sq that u get out of them...
