that is a d16z6 (i believe) and is stock if your car is a 92-95 ex or si. BTW i notice you have coilover and no camber kit :nono: I would definitely get one or raise the car all the way back to stock, unless you want to be buying front tires about every 4 months. Also if you want to change the height of your car considerably with those coils you might wann get yer alignment checked. However i dont have coils, just a sportline kit, so I dont really know exactly how to adjust them.

not dumb..
a camber kit allows you to adjust the camber(amount your wheels lin in/ out vertically). This is necessary on dropped cars cause dropping changes the camber and stock parts allow for no adjustment. Best prices I have seen on camber kits (unless you can find a buddy to sell you a used one) are on ebay. Ingalls(what I got), and SPC are the best, IMO, skunk2 is nice as well, and I have heard the dropzone kits(ingalls impersonation) arent bad either and they are cheaper. Install is easy as pie (search forum, theres an article somewhere with pics), but you will need a professional alignment from a shop that knows how to deal with after market camber kits. Beats the hell outta burnin up nice tires tho.

I bought a front Ingalls camber kit off ebay for round $150, ebay's got all kinds of deals on there, just type in camber kit and see what comes up. HIH

adjusting the coilovers can be simple or difficult depending on your tools. there is a special tool that is "required" though so search your car for a wrench that looks like a letter C with a handle. the wrench, if you have it, will be very flat with the inside of the C the same circumfrence at the springs. to adjust the height there are 2 rings at the base of the spring on the threaded collar. look around them as therte may be a break cut in them. if there is a break there will be a screw, usually allen, that must be loosend. if there are no screws skip that step. once the screw is loosend use the wrenches, or if they are missing rig something, to rotate the two rings in oppisite directions until they are free. you will have to look at the threads to figure the directions to rotate them once they are seperated screw the bottom one downward away from the top one. at this point to adjust hight simply rotate the top ring under the spring and your car will be adjusted. once the car is at the height you want hold the top ring and rotate the bottom on unto it until the rings are locked together and can no longer move. if any screws were present tighten them. your now finished.

disclaimer: im not responible if you screw up and do not drive unless the rings are locked together and immoveable
