Default problems at idle

when I am at idle (only in ~70 degree and below weather) my car repeatedly revs up to about 2 grand and then drops back to regular idle. This is annoying as hell with aftermarket exhaust  . Any ideas what it could be? Its not the plugs or wires cause they are new and nice. Also, it doesnt do it all the time. Sometimes it does it when its like 65 degrees, sometimes it doesnt when it is like 40 degrees. It isnt cause the car isnt warn either cause I've had it happen after 2 hours of interstate driving.:upset: also it always does it at idle in park if it is even remotely cool outside (except right when I start the car) any help is appreciated.

The IAC is part of the throttle body. It's best to leave this to a Honda tech guy unless you really know what you are doing. Hang on a sec and I'll post something for you.

:werd:i'll def. try using that last one. but as far as messing with the interior of the valve that looks like costly screw up city to me so i think 'll leave that alone.
