Default New Brakes??

Hey guys i got a 95 Honda Civic Coupe and it was given to me without brakes. Wanted to know what are good name brand of brakes to purchase for the front and rear?? :thinking:

Pad's or Rotors? And depends on what your purpose is.

Pad's, I'd say Axxis Ultimates.
Rotors - Brembo or Rotora.

I'm mean i'm new to this. All i know is that the brake light is on my guage. I guess ima need both. Can you explain it to me?

If you mean the "BRAKE" light is on, I believe that means your Hand Brake is engaged.

I try to brake and i have to push the pedal all the way in to brake. the light stays on with or without the E-BRake

You probably have a bad seal somewhere. It's causeing the pistion in the master cylinder to move all the way one way. Also, if the fluid is low in the master cylinder, that will trip a light too.

you don't need brake products, you need brake service. Check the fluid, check the master cyl for leaks, if you have no luck, take it to the shop.
