Does any body know where i can get a SOHC VTEC. :thinking: I'm in the New York Area. I have a 95 honda civc coupe dx. I have CX motor in now i'm gonna put a stock 97 Dx motor in a week or two week.

 

junk yards sell them for cheap

 

the DX motor isnt VTEC, you need an EX motor like a D16Y8

 

i have an excellent condition one with 128k miles new water pump and belts and rebuilt tranny and clutch 30k miles old....

Go to Hunts Point.....you'll have your choice of a ton of them down there. You just need to look around. (and you could pick up a hooker while you're there too if you want :barf: )

zimzimma how did u get ur tailights smoked like that. I have a 2000 hatchback dx and i wanna smoke out my clear tail lenses. how or where did u buy the parts or pieces to perform it yourself.

Also im in the NYC area originally from queens but now im closer to the bronx cause i live in Yonkers. I wanted to know of some good shops for performance mods in this area. I don't want garbage but relativley good prices for professional work. Does anyone know of some places.
