dude look around the net, its full of places to buy blocks. but i would go with a B20b/z block with a type r head, more displacement, especially if youre going to turbocharge. itll make more power thatn the c1 with a ITR head, if it has close enought cams and compression

Make sure you get as much information about the seller and about the product before you buy it. I've heard way too many bad stories about people getting screwed over by engine shops. Good luck and be careful.
