Recently got a 1995 Civic LX 4 door power everything and the first thing I found wrong was the drivers window goes up and jumps over and over around 3 inches from being closed and also it does the same thing going down so I have to grip the window on both sides to get it up or down, regulator? Also recently when I turn on the heater it makes a loud sound like when plastic or something is in a fan when it is on settings 2 and above. It blows very little air. When I turn it to cold air it blows alot better but still the sound. Thanks in advanced.

 

You may have some leaves in your fan. It happens to me every once in a while. Just set it to defrost, and have the air cranked as fast as it will go, and let it blow like that for a little bit. This usually works for me.

 

Thanks but I have tried that and at the time when I tried it the noise only happen on 3 & 4 but since I tried it started on 2 also.
