is this worth it?
well ive been talking back and forth with this guy through email about a 93 DX Coupe he wants to sell. He wants to sell it for $1900, but he sent me a this message
there are 92K on the car, i think thats good. itll allow me to drive around while i save up for a swap 
. but what i was wondering how hard is it to fix the igition? (i have no knowledge abo cars what so
) um, what about this steering wheel not locking? is that easy to fix? and will it cause me any trouble because it doesnt lock? Is the car even worth getting if there are all these problems with it? i dont think they are to major, but yet again i could be wrong. Do you think i can get it for a lower price, or should i not even try? If you guys can help me out id appriciate it. Thanks
The car is black I got the trunk to open -just do a jiggle thing on the lock. The body is in good shape The carpets need to be steamed cleaned It looks like it was broken into cause the locks are sorta hard to work and the ignition is a little loose and a little hard to work. Plus the steering wheel does not lock. I can send pictures if you want. Where are u located? I am in richmond

theres not really a bad feeling, it just i want to know if ill be capable of fixing it myself, or if its even possible to fix. has anyone ever had a problem with their steering wheel not locking? or a problem with their ignition being loose?
