Clarification for the noob...

Someone said the mini-me is swapping the heads, and another said it was a non-DOHC with a DOHC head?

What is the Mini-Me swap?

And why is the D16Z6 considered better than the D15 (besides the .1 size diff?

mini-me swap equal vtec head on his d15b7.....not same as d16z6. different tranny, .1L difference, and d16z6 is better :chuckles:

CC per cylinder:
D15B7 - 38.00
D16Z6 - 34.60

Piston Dome Displacement:
D15B7 - 0.00
D16Z6 - -10.10

Head Gasket Thickness:
D15B7 - 0.04800000
D16Z6 - 0.03700000

Piston To Deck Height:
D15B7 - 0.020
D16Z6 - 0.000

Compression:
D15B7 - 9.18113479326773
D16Z6 - 9.13904362368481

Don't forget that the D16Z6 has the most aggressively geared tranny of any of the D-series engines.
