Default my poor civic got hit

I believe my civic got hit at the dirver side rear tire, simply cuz there is a black mark on the hub cap and the alignment is off
now is being at 11 o' clock

I didn't see the accident happen, cuz the car was parked at the street while I'm at school. Either happen last night or this morning.
this sux now i might need to bring the car to do a alignment.
I checked the suspension and stuffs. Looks ok to me.

Welcome for suggestions

How do you know your alignment is off? It would take a pretty good hit to do that.

yea, your camber might of got knocked a little bit. How much do you have to tilt the steering wheel? yea, i figure an alignment would fix that, but if it really was hit, your hubcap should be shattered considering you need to be hit pretty hard to have your camber do that.

coulda hit the rim/tire more than the hubcap. Its actually pretty easy to knock a car out of alignment w/ a curbcheck, collision, or a BFH. Every time you get in an accident, you should check your allignment

Not a bad idea. An alignment check is only about $20-$30 and a four wheel is about $50-$80. If it's been hit hard enough to knock the alignment off, you may want to have that wheel rebalanced too.

Just a thought...

Think about this now... you say the rear wheel got hit... but you also say your steering wheel is off center. Tell me how your steering wheel is linked to the rear wheel that got hit???

Just get an alignment.

probably just because he has to keep it slightly turned in order to keep the car going straight because the rear alignment is so screwed up. makes sense to me.
