never seen them before. why would you want to take off your bumpers in seconds? wouldnt that make theft much easier?

Since srr stands for super road racing, the product is for road racers who need to quickly change a damaged bumper.

I know what it does...I just didnt know how it would attach the bumper to make is so easy release.what

You mount the rubber things on the bumper and car then stretch the elastic thing around them. Basically like using zip ties, but are removable....looks unsafe imo.
