Default so sad - 94 ls info please

Hi everyone I used to post here a while back, but I have returned on a sad note. My 94 integra ls was totaled the other day and the new insurance hadnt'e started yet after we got rid of the old insurance, so basically im left with the costs. The left side has a large guardrail scrape all down it. No mirror, and the gas tank cover's thrashed. The back right corner, and half of the taillight are also broken. This leaves me with the decision to part out a car that has only cosmetic damages and a motor that runs great, as well as excellent transmission, or get my highest offer of 500 for everything. I figure I will part it out i just don't know how difficult the selling process of all the parts will be. Thanks for any input I am in need of it.

It seems like there's always lots of people interested in buying parts off a totaled car. If you're willing to take the time to uninstall every little piece that someone wants and ship it to them, you can make a pretty good bundle parting out a car. But it takes a lot of time and effort. It can also take a good bit of mechanical know-how to take off some parts without ruining them -- I don't know what kind of experience you have.

If it was me, I would part out the car (assuming I had the time and a good place to store it).

Also, what color is it? 2-door or 4? I have a '94 LS, and there would probably be a few parts I could use...

you could probably be able to sell alot of stuff off the car if you part it, or you could buy yourself a eg hatch and swap alot of parts onto it like the motor interior and brakes, thats what alot of people who crash there integras do
