Default 1994 accord lx 2.2 into a 93 hatch

Has anyone ever done this? Do you guys know what i will need? It is the non vtec 130 hp motor out of a friends accord. Any help will be nice. Thanks

It could work, but it will take alot of custom fitting and wiring...
Lot's of work....

On top of the fact that there's no point in doing this swap....

That's an F22A. It swaps in exactly like an H22A, using the same mounts.

If you go through all that trouble, you might as well use an H22A.

the hasport and place racing H22 kits work for F-series too (pickup trucks :thinking: ) If youre getting the motor for free, it might be worth the trouble, but really, H22As don't cost that much, and are MUCH more powerful.

Ya, the F22/H22 mounts are the same. Accords are to H22 as Civics are to B18. h:

If he's getting it for free, would it be worth it to throw it in there and boost it? How do F22s respond to boost? If it was built right, with a 2.2 liter engine, he should be able to get some nice numbers out of it, right?

Except you didn't say H22A anywhere in there.

Besides, I'd rather have an F22 over any D-series. Way more torque.
