Default Billstein Heavy Duty or Bilstein Touring Class

I was just wondering which is better in your opinions; the bilstein touring class or the bilstein heavy duty for a 1998 civic coupe. Has anyone had these? Im looking to buy new ones b/c my AGX shocks absolutely suck

if you plan on lowering the car at all go with bilstein sports, they are the same valving as the HD but sports are shorter for use with lowered cars.
