Default 2000 civic brakes

Ok anyways, I was cleaning wheels with turtle waxes spray wheel cleaner 2 days ago. I was blasting the wheels and some of the over sprayed cleaner got on one of the rotors up front. So I quickly rinsed it away with the hose (sort of blasted the rotor). Anyways, I dried the wheels off and was done with it. I started up the car yesterday and everytime I accelerate from a stop, I hear a little bump comming the brakes I think. I was wondering what the problem could be. It hasn't gone away and I've driven over 50 miles since. I don't think it's a warped rotor if there is such a thing because the rotors were cool when I was washing the wheels. Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks

well it's something brake related I took another look at it and I thought it maybe a small layer of rust between the wheel and the wheel hub.

If you sprayed a little on it, it shouldn't really affect it. Maybe it's just in your mind

Oh no I'm 100 percent sure. I think it's cause of the rust. Is it safe to use WD-40 on it? thanks
