Default integra center console

would any one have a link to where i could find out how to take out the center console on a 2000 Integra.
I need to take out that shelf piece behind the gear shifter, if anyone could tell me how, i would really appreciate it. I could not find all of the screws.
thanks

Did you get the two screws that are in the ash tray? Those are the ones I missed when trying the same thing.

Those sneaky Honda designers!

Also remember you have to pull out the cigarette lighter assembly in order to remove the center console.

let's see if i can remember everything:
1. remove screws on the back of the center armrest (behind front seats).
2. remove plastic flap under e-brake. remove screws and remove the center armrest entirely.
3. unscrew shiftknob (assuming you have a 5 speed, don't know what to do on an auto)
4. remove screws on either side of the center console (under dash)
5. remove ashtray. remove screw(s) from where you pulled out the ashtray.
6. pop out the black plastic piece that held the ashtray (after removing the screw(s) as mentioned in step 5, it's held in just by clips).
7. remove the screws now exposed after removing the black plastic piece. the rest of the center console should now pull out easily.

anyone feel free to correct me. i wrote this up completely out of memory, so there may be some mistakes.
