Default 90 Teg no start

My clutch switches need to be adjusted, there's a certain spot where the pedal travel will allow the starter to crank. I replaced the battery and did some other stuff(suspension) and now it won't crank, I can here the starter clicking and the relays clicking, all fuses are good. What am I missing??
The starter turned the motor a tiny bit once, then nothing, I have tapped the starter, anyone know what pins to jump on starter circuit(relay) or other suggestions?

Does your engine turn over by hand? Does it move easily when you do it by hand? If it does it sounds like your starter is not working correctly. If you get a clicking out of your starter and nothing happens then you know you are getting juice to it. Couple things could be wrong here bad solenoid or brushes or you could have a bad armature or windings which could draw to much current which you could check if you had the right tools such as a clamp on current reader. If not take out the starter and replace it.

Oh sure, as usual I fix one thing and something else goes. I still need to test the starter, thanks.

By the way can I swap any or all of the starter parts with my extra 92 Civic 1.5 starter?
