Default 1 quart in two days

I searched and couldn't find anything about it, and also the teg forum is really slow latley so one thread wont hurt.

My car was leaking oil long ago and it had turned out to be the oil pan gasket, i changed it and now it is burning oil really really bad. I changed the oil two days ago, 4 1/2 quarts, and it has burned 1 quart in 2 days. , i did a compression test and got 180 on all four. On the number 1 cylinder the plug was covered in oil and on number 4 there was some carbon build up, not a lot but some. Anyway i am thinking its the valve stem seal in the number one cylinder. But what i need to know if that is just it, because one quart in two days of light school driving is way way too much. Maybe another leak, i found some oil on the back side next to the timing belt but none on the block or head anywhere.

If it burns that much oil, the exhaust gas should be a very obvious shade of blue/black.

Have a leakdown test done.
