Whenever I let off the clutch and engage into a gear there is a cluncking noise coming from the front end of my car. If I let off the clutch to quick the noise gets even worse. There are no grinding noises from the gears the clutch is still in good condition. The only problem with the transmition is the syncrose but that is definitaly not the problem.

 

I get that too... I wondered if it was the CV joint, but I think a better guess would be the Transmission mount bushing... anyone else with this problem too

 

Damn, I thought it would be a clutch prob. because my clutch clicks, but no clunking sound, sorry.

 

You need a CV joint it has nothing to do with your clutch h:

 

I have that noise to right before the clutch pedal is let completly out it make one kinda poping noise. I figure it has soemthing to do with the clutch pedal cause it even does that when i am not in gear.

 

Werd, that's it. Jaymar and Dubster both told me it's my throwout bearing. Real cheap, but you'd have to drop the transmission to replace it. So while you're there, might as well replace the clutch and flywheel.

But other than that, my clutch works perfectly aside from the clicking. I guess I'll just live with it...
