you can't get a new set brand new for that price with tires on. Prolly for 17" not 18"
BTW, note to fans, Free Shipping from wheelmax will end soon. Though it seems like they keep prolong the date and special but it will, because the last time they had a clearance went on for 2 months then prices started to go up now. It was a lot cheaper than it is now, about 100+ cheaper.
