Got my JOHNSON stuck in the belt! OWWWW
Not really but I REALLY need quick help
Driving along, car dies (1.6 Vtech). See no spark at plugs and hear/smell fuel pump, Got good belt. I replace rotor/cap, ignition control unit/ignitor and still got no spark at plugs. BUT I noticed just now that U have spark at the coil!!!! WTF? I know all 4 plug wires didnt suddenly go bad.
I think the spring tip of the coil got bent and isnt making a good contact but I dunno. Anyone????????????????

if you built the 5.8 liter super engine yourself, why can't you fix a little dinky 1.6 liter hamster wheel?

The fact that you drive a V8 really isn't all that impressive. I'd probably give you a pretty good run..
h:As for your problem:
So, it seems that your problem is either that the distrib rotor isn't getting spark to your cap, or your cap isn't transferring the spark to the wires or the wires aren't sending the spark to the plugs.
One of those things is your problem if you have spark at the coil.
