Default OEM Del Sol Seal Kit

Hi All.

Am in the process of purchasing my second Sol, a 93 SI.

Just wondering if anybody has any experience with the OEM seal/gasket kit to rectify a leaky roof.

Do these things help or not. My 95 Si has no leaks but the 93 apparantly leaks a bit and the seller wants to straighten it out for me before I pick it up?.

Any input would be appreciated.

Honda issued a recall on the 93-94 seals, you might wanna find out if that's still being honored.

The seal kit will fix it for anywhere between 2 months to a year. The leak will come back. Better invest in some fXc seats.

Better idea...find some good seals off a wrecked 95-97 Sol and paste 'em onto yours. Neither my '95 or '97 Sol has ever leaked.
