Default counter-weighted shift knobs



My bro is getting me this knob. Its a 13.5 oz. I was just wonder what are ur opinions on counter-weighted knobs?

thats a good shift knob,..pretty heavy,..i liked it ,...i borrowed it from a friend to test it out (im a shift knob whore,..i got 6 of them h: ) ,..counter weights make shifting a little smoother and easier

somebody told me that counter weighted hsift knobsare hardon ur shifting system. Also leaving your hand on the shift all the time is also supposedly bad??

The Skunk2 one is about 15.5 Ounces.

I really liked it. But like Widebody, I like to change knobs.

So do I, but virtually every place that I've contacted is backordered on them indefinitely. I even contacted Skunk2 and they said that they couldn't keep up with demand. Oh well, guess I'll have to wait:sad:

eBay had an abundance.

ebay had an abundance of knockoff skunk2s,..i think skunk2 is the new "JDM" knob,..so thats why i think its on backorder
