Default Recommend a good HID Kit

Hi I'm new Here I see that most of the traffic comes into the basement. Can you guys recommend me a Good HID kit for a 2010 Honda Civic for my wife's car? im thinking 4500k. I saw These

http://ddmtuning.com/Products/DDM-HI...ast-35W-or-55W

But they have pretty bad reviews on yelp and it seems like the comments are geared more towards their customer service. Although the price is temping, it seems to be too good to be true, i would rather spend a little more and make sure they wont blow out on my wife drive home at night.

Thanks

Retrofit? Get the ballast and parts from a TSX/S2K and retrofit into your car?

Actually I remember seeing a website on here that did that for a fee... Samson had it done to his RSX and it turned out great.

I think this was the site http://www.lightwerkz.net/

Agreed. And I'll vouch for Samson too. You've got to use lamps that are designed for HIDs.
Just converting to HID bulbs looks terrible, throws light where it does no good, and blinds oncoming traffic.

And I believe it's also illegal depending on state. In LA it is.

But yeah, looks awful.

A lot of people on the toyota forum I am a member of do their own retrofit into their truck's housing. Some buy an HID projector from an aftermarket manufacturer, others hack up junkyard headlights from Acura/Lexus/Infiniti/whatever to make their own.
