It depends on how worn your cylinder walls are.
You'll need the correct gauge to measure them. (top of stroke, mid stroke, bottom of stroke; along the axis of the drive shaft & 90 degrees to drive shaft axis at each location and for each cylinder)
The most wear will probably be at mid stroke & 90 degrees to drive shaft axis. (check the spec for maximum wear limit)

If you're well within wear limit, just hone cylinder walls and replace rings (make sure to correctly adjust the rings' gap using a tiny diamond hone).
If you're close to the max wear limit, have the engine bored out to the next ring size available, hone the cylinder walls, and replace the rings and pistons (ring gap comment applies here too).

I appreciate the reply. My biggest issue right now is what engine is this, I looked up the pistons and everywhere I search, tells me they are in a d16y5, but that is not what I have, I can't find anything on this d16A, and what did it come in?

here's a wikipedia link:

D16 series blocks are pretty much the same: displacement, bore, stroke. Their heads and intake manifolds are usually the biggest difference.
