So I'm at college and they are gay because they blocked ALL of the P2P programs (Kazaa, Morpheus, etc...). We can only use Blubster which SUCKS. Any computer geniuses know how to get around this? :upset:

Proxy. The only way to "get around" a firewall.

Basically you connect to someones computer outside the firewall and their computer connects to Kazaa, for example.

It's not easy to setup and you have to have someone on the outside helping.

Other than that... your SOL. They block them for a reason, and with some of the things I've heard some college's and universites doing to students who get caught trying to get around the P2P preventions.... not worth it.
