if i now get popups, when i start my computer.. how do i get rid of them?

what do i do? i went to some site, and i downloaded all this shit by accident, so now i got the usual toolbars, popups and shit goin on.. i went to add/remove program, and i think i got all that i can see in there, but stuff keeps happening, any other tips?

or go to www.download.com and download adaware and maybe some popup blockers and spyware removers. :dunno: good luck
