Me: OK. It looks like we need to send out a technician to fix this problem sir. It's not something......
Customer: So can you send someone out to fix this problem.
Me: That is correct. I will need to schedule your service appointment for you. Would you like to do that now?
Cust: So can I get someone out here to fix this?
Me: Yes sir. I need to schedule the appointment for you. Please...
Cust: So what do I need to do now?

5 minutes later....

Me: The technician will call you 15 minutes ahead of time before he comes out. Please be sure to....
Cust: So is he going to call me?
Me: Yes sir. Our tech will call you before he comes out. Please make sure you pick up the phone when.....
Cust: So he will call me before he comes out. Not the day before?
Me: Yes sir. He will call you 15 minutes ahead of time before he.....
Cust: So he's going to call me on the same day, not the day before?

Yeah. It was pretty annoying. The idiot keeps on cutting me off only to repeat what I already told him twice already.....

lammy i would say that type of customer is the majority, not the exception, at least in my experience.
