I just do it for my own happiness, no time for that. then i would have to start joining the gym and weigh my foods. Currently I workout at home and don't weigh my foods. Currently slow bulking to gain 15 lbs and hopefully stay under 10% body fat.

Have you handed the kid a dumbbell yet?

 

I need more work, my current physique wouldn't cut it on stage.

Kid will start off plyometrics first and then when he hit 14 or 15, then he will start lifting.

thanks john, slowly starting to feel what is feels like to be a dad. It can't be described. Haven't had good rest this past week or so, but it's all worth it.

I do not chancs, just that those dudes are ripped. I would have to gain more muscle and go down to bout 6% bf.
